Yachtsun Charters sailing Greece area extends from Corfu in the North to Zakynthos in the South. Our charter yachts are centrally located at on Lefkas Island,  from here you can sail north to Preveza and Parga or on to Paxos or for a longer cruise on to  Corfu in the Northern Ionian Sea; or south to Cephalonia, Ithaca with the option of another long cruise to Zakinthos.

The sailing Greece cruising area offers sufficient interest for a quick one week’s charter in Greece and an extended four weeks charter.

Generous discounts are available on selected yachts, if you choose to charter in Greece early or late in the season, when a four week cruise can cost to price of two.

Our sailing Greece fleet comprises of twenty three yachts from 30’ to 50’ all maintain to our very high standards and backed by a 24hr service from the UK and destination locations.

At Lefkas Marina a fleet of Bavaria yachts from to 42' each one filled out and equipped to the same standard, which includes ridged bottom dinghies, fixed lowering Gangways, extra batteries to allow extend running of the refrigerator and shore power facility. So when you arrive your yacht has the benefit of mains electricity, heating your domestic water, cooling your fridge and charging your batteries.

At Nidri town pontoon base we offer a selection of yachts which include Oceanis, Sun Odyssey and Bavaria yachts, with the option to follow the Assisted Bareboat Yacht Charter route, for help with the evenings mooring.

Our other yachts are basses at Gouvia Marina, this smaller fleet comprises of classic yachts such as the Aloa 27 and Sundream 29 well maintained and offering a more individual yacht charter. There is also the option of a catamaran which you can charter in Greece from Corfu or Lefkas.

To start planning your charter in Greece, first decide upon your preferred sailing area, from the three locations then select a yacht best suited to your sailing ability and crew size. Normally we would recommend that the number of crew do not exceed the number of berths available in sleeping cabins.

Yachtsun specialise in helping skippers and crews with their first charter, the Ionian being the best destination for a first time charter.Even the experienced skipper who has not sailed in Greece before will need to learn new tricks when mooring. We are please to help with the planning of your first charter in Greece and to suggest routes, overnight anchorages. places to avoid at the hight of the season. More importantly where you can expect help with your mooring and where the quieter harbours can be found. In the weeks before you sail we can supply you with charts and pilot books so you can start planning your cruise and enjoying the anticipation  even before you set sail.

Our Sailing Greece holidays are prices per yacht, they do not include transfers or flights but we can organise these for you, if required; the total price often being far less than per person pricing offered by the larger sailing holiday companies.
